"Roberto visited my property in a timely fashion to assess a roofing job on my conservatory and offer a quote. He was able to schedule the work very quickly and arrived with Jon to complete the agreed job, as well as a few other ad hoc tasks we requested on the day, all completed to a very good standard. During the course of the work I also scheduled in some brick work with Roberto and Jon, which they were able to collaborate with a brickie on. This was another job completed to a very high standard. During the course of my dealings with Roberto and Jon I found their communication and etiquette to be top notch and a lot better than previous tradesmen I have dealt with. We were also kept in the loop via telephone calls on the progress of the job and any possible difficulties/delays.
